looking for some help on Home Theater Speaker package

I'm in the process of looking for a quality Home Theater Speakers Package to match up with my AV Receiver Pioneer vsx-1120-k.

This receiver will be supplying 2 other room, and what will be a good pair speaker to put in these rooms?

Room 1 is the HOME THEATER
Room 2 is card table will be at, open bay.
Room 3 is the hobby room with walls

I know I will have to buy a speaker selector, because all speakers will not be on at the same time. Which one do you guys recommend?

What is your PRICE range?

For Room 2 and 3 I recommend going with powered speakers like the JBL LSR 2325Ps

Then for room 1 I recommend something like the Aperion Verus Grand Tower
