hi, i have been attempting to link several rec. for some time, the advice i got from this site, since i am not interested in increasing power, just all rec. continue same music from first rec, i have been told to go from record out on rx-vo295 to aux in on next rec., i cannot find record out, i wish to leave remote on source, so tv, radio and so on can be selected from remote, i had assumed front pannel switch need not be switched to tape or rec. these are older rec., but good ones record out is not present on another one either, i suppose i can go main,s out to aux in, i am doing this as all my speaker systems are towers, and only wish to use a/main outs on each pair from each receiver' adjustable seperatly, by their own factory remotes, advise app., been battleing this a while, when i can

I'm not sure what you mean you cant fin record out. On the rear choose rec out from md/tape. On the front panel turn the dial to record out.

No, it's going to play what ever source you choose.

basically, when i switch remotely, from one source to another, tv/dbs-radio/stereo ect. all music shall be reprodused, exactley as if from first receiver, without interuption, if set on record out, on front pannel, my remote will work exactly as it did when i had the pannel selector set to remote?

Yes. I've had the 995 and 1095 hooked as zones this way. As a note I'd recommend you dont abbreviate when you post unless it's an acceptable one ie SPL. It makes it hard for others to discern your post.

yes sorry, i'm real bad about that, you've answered my final question's, now i will get going, i have put things off, due to time plus, answers i have gotten though great, have not been complete, such as putting front selector on record out, don't like guessing on things i'm unsure of, thanks alot, as long as every thing works the same with my main remote, i'll be fine, if i do need more power down the line on other receivers i can use main outs to aux. in or main in's
