What brands are available where you live? 40,000 Rs is about $820 US, which is a tight budget to start out with considering your room size.

I have purchased YAMAHA RX-V 663 receiver.
Which are the best speakers to match with above mentioned receiver at lowest budget with tower speakers.

Thank you,

Rajesh

I have to second Alex's question. What brands are available around you? Speakers are all in ear of the listener, what sounds great to me may be bland if not down right bad to you. You need to get out and listen to everything you can.

If KEF is available, I would check them out. If not, Wharfedale make very good speakers.

You can also give Infinity speakers a try. I am guessing you are in India, due to the budget in Rupees :)

They sound fine and should come within the budget.

I don't think KEF is available in India :(
