Looking for good AFFORDABLE audio cables! Help plz

<font color='#000000'>I'm trying to replace my old, cheap audio cables with some new better performing cables, but I'm trying not to spend my life savings doing it. &nbsp;Anybody have any suggestions on some audio interconnects with a good performance/price point? &nbsp;Does anyone like Acoustic Research cables for the money? &nbsp;I'm new to this, so any advice is welcome. &nbsp;
