What is a good AV Receiver for around $700.
Denon seems to only support HDMI 1.1
Marantz supports HDMI 1.2 on the higher end version
H&K and Yamaha I am not sure of.
I also have heard rumors that Denon is releasing a new AV receiver at that price range, and well I hear that after the year is up, is when all the manufacturers come out with new brands.
So, what have people heard and what can I expect. My purchase date seems to be after the 1st of January, on both the TV (LCD) and the Receiver.
Also... Anyone knows where we can get these A/V receivers for cheap? I've noticed NewEgg sells LCD TV's for about $600 less then any of the retailers around here. I was wondering if their is a place that offers the same type of discounts on these A/V receivers.
Lastly I am building a HTPC, and as such I dont have allot of sources. My current sources will come out of my HTPC, except for my HDTV due to the lack of any credible computer equipment that I can find right now.
ohh and Im powering a set of B&W 603's Series 2 with a LCR600 middle channel. AKA, need power.
