Looking for an audio setup for a coffee house

Hello Audioholics community!
I've been asking Google all sorts of questions on this topic but not knowing exactly what to look for made this a useless endeavor. So I though I might ask people who know a lot about all things audio.
I'm opening up a coffee house and I need an audio system for it. Between the renovation, rent, coffee roaster, espresso machine, etc etc, etc money is extremely tight so I can't afford much. I am looking for something that would cost at most 1500euros. We will be playing jazz, downtempo, ambient music so we do not require to use the speakers at high volume (I actually would like to have a good quality rather than volume). I imagine an amplifier is needed (I have a NAD at home witch is rather good but that was a bit expensive), wall speakers (the number I don't know yet because we are still negotiating for the space to rent and we have several options atm. The place will most likely have around 70-110 sqr meters and in the best case scenario will be divided into 2 floors - smokers 60sqr m/ non smokers 30sqr m. But I imagine 4 speakers, in the corners of the room, would be enough - if not please advise here as well) and cables. I plan to use a laptop to put the music, cds get scratches and need changing (and a cdplayer...) and a turntable would be even harder to use.
SO, bottom line, for the ones who wish to skip the long rand above: Audio system for a coffee house, priced at a max of 1500euros, for a 70-110 sqr m room, able to play mp3s from a laptop, with speakers mounted on the walls.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated!
Kind regards, Alex
