I'm a very newbie here in AV world and would like to get an advice on my planned speaker system.

1. Speaker : I'm thinking of B&O Beolab 18 or Beolab 20 as i want cordless set up in my living room. i know B&O is not a good choice for price/quality aspect but i just want them... because of their wireless system and design.

2. Receiver : Marantz NR1608 (slim version)

Would Marantz receiver compatible with Beolabs and support WISA system? or should i find other receiver in order to make full wireless system? and do i need to still get a Beosound Core or Beo Transmitter for that?

i really don't know how they works together.. it would be awesome if you could help me out of this complicated world...

Where are you located? Many here are US based, where Bang & Olufsen doesn't have a widespread presence.

There are a lot of options on wireless speakers, but keep in mind that none are truly wireless. They all need a power (or "mains") connection. With B&O, it's a "lifestyle" product with premium price for average performance. Want wireless speakers that perform and are compatible with more common products? Look at KEF LS50 Wireless, Dynaudio Xeo 2, things like that. More concerned about looks? Consider you don't even need the receiver with Dynaudio Music speakers, or Bluesound, Heos, and other speakers that don't actually resemble traditional speakers and sound good.

The Marantz NR1608 predates WiSA and so does not have the requisite transmitter. You'll need an intermediate WiSA transmitter device, of which there aren't any except the B&O device.

You'll need to look into getting the BeoLab Transmitter 1 and how to go about connecting the NR1608 through it. For example, here is one connection scheme,

The NR1608 would supplant the Yamaha and make things easier since you can have all your sources plugged to the 1608 and an optical running to the BeoLab Transmitter.
