Who would you recommend in the NE Ohio region (Youngstown, Ohio) to calibrate my just completed, Klipsch based 5.1 home theater in my apartment living room.

Didn't you just buy a receiver? Have you tried running the auto set up?

If I recall, you had some placement issues. Have they been addressed?

Otherwise, given your rooms limitations, you will only be paying someone to run the receiver's set up program for you. There's not much that can be done without buying furniture/stands/mounts that put the speakers at ear level.

You might check over at the AVS forum. There are some knowledgeable home theater people within an hour drive. They might know some skilled pros.
Check in the room construction and calibration sub-forums.
