Looking for a Receiver for some speakers.

I have Paradigm Monitor 11 Loudspeakers with a Paradigm Studio Reference cc-470 Center with a Paradigm PW-2200 Sub-Woofer.

I am looking for a Receiver that works well with them for Music and Movies.

Any info would be great.

I have an HDTV set and I watch Movies.
I listen to Music.
That is all I do with it.
Price between 1000-2000 dollars.

I had a NAD before and it really did well on the Music but came up short for me on the Movie part.

I want to do both and enjoy both.

That is all I will use it for.

If you want HDMI switching . . .

The new Yamaha RX-V2600 and Denon 3806 are good options. Both cost about $1300 and have plent of features and power for your speaker setup. If you want more power, add a pair of monoblocks for the fronts.

How old are the 11's and CC-470? I would suggest if possible to return the 11's and pickup the Studio 20's so everything is timber matched.
