looking for a dvd player that upconverts, plays dvd-aud, and records. does one exist?

is there such a thing? i would love to have one. anybody have any ideas?

it's easy to find one that plays DVD-Audio and upconverts, yet I'm finding it very hard to find one that can record DVDs as well. any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure that one even exists.
Even if it does a cheaper alternative would probably be to simply buy them separately any way.
A recorder can be had for around $100.
