Looking for 3-5 channel amplifier

Hi, Im looking for a 3-5 channel amplifier. Interested in Outlaw or Emotiva but am open to other options.

I have an Emotiva UPA-5 which I am not using.

I tested it out when I got it, but never actually set it up in my system. It was too tall for the space I had available. It is like new.

I'd sell it for $275 plus shipping.

Edit: Here is a review of its 7 channel brother. They have the same power specs, so it is a safe bet they use the same modules, etc.:

I've got a busy weekend and it is boxed up. I would guess I got it late 2010 or early 2011, but expect when I pull the box I can find a date on the ship label.
I should be able to get pics Tuesday.
