Infinity had a speaker like that in the 80's. Must have been a smaller version of that one. I know they went for 50K at that time.

Sorry to hear that but I can't say I'm surprised after watching the video. The base just didn't seem that sturdy as I watched them put it together. I thought some cross-bracing in the rear would've helped jut in case a child or drunken revelers leaned up against them.

We looked at these units when we were designing our new house, and I almost had the wife agreeing to them, put we would have to change the floor plans some. Went to the building department downtown but they turned down the plans, something about a zoning ordinance for and auditorium in our neighborhood, shucks.
