Logitech UE 6000

I am looking into going some new headphone and I am wondering what anyone thinks of the Logitech UE 6000? Do they sound good, are the comfortable and is there a lot of sound leakage to people around you?

Seems to have mostly favorable reviews. If it matters to you, noise canceling cannot be defeated in Bluetooth mode. If Bluetooth is not a requirement, the 6000 seems to to have the same driver. Fwiw, same sound for $200 less.
