Logitech Harmony One Advanced Remote

Hello all. Once again I am looking for some help. I recently purchased subject remote which I like very much except for one problem. I own a Denon 3805 AVR which has Zone 2 and this is where my problem lies. I can not seem to get the remote to work at all in zone 2. I have set the remote up so zone 2 is marked as activity listening to CD 2.

I have talked to Logitech and they referred this problem to there advanced tech support but they have yet to return my call.

If there is anyone out there that can help it is much appreciated.

Did your Denon come with a second remote for zone 2? If so, maybe you can try using the learning function of the Harmony One to learn the codes straight from the zone 2 remote.
