logitec 525 affecting sub

i have recently got a velodyne CHT-10R (remote controlled), and i find if i dont use my harmony remote for awhile, then press say pause or any random button occasionally it will make the sub increase volume. i cant figure how to stop this problem. and it only happens sometimes with different buttons so the signal cant match. any ideas?!?

lol ok got it sorted, i thought i couldnt add the sub to my harmony as "sub" wasnt listed in the device setup, then i realised its an amp and lo and behold it was covered. now i have it on the remote database, the problem has stopped. cheers
