Little help for a slight newbie

Can someone point me out to what i need to but to connect a white red rca input on an old subwoofer i just bought to a receiver with a single subwoofer pre out? I'm too stupid to find the best solution online

Which Y adapter? Like are some better than others? Is it a Y adapter? I just picked up the ssw 210 dual 10" drive subwoofer and can't find anything on it online like almost at all.
