Lipsync receivers sub $200?

Are there any sub $200 receivers out there that have the audio adjustment for lip sync feature?

The speakers are all older sony HTIAB crap. The center channel is a 4ohm, so pre-out's would be nice if possible.

This is not for me, this is for a co-worker who is about to order a referb Onkyo 504 (without warranty) for $140.

If he would budget $300+ this would be easy.

Yamaha Receivers

Check out some of the older Yamaha models. My HTR-5860 includes the lip sync feature and has pre-outs. The HTR-5850 and 5840 models list this feature also. I wouldn't recommend a 4 ohm center for use with a low end model, but my receiver is working pretty well with 4 ohm mains.
