My wife, who thinks our car's audio system "is just fantastic", has the amazing ability to pick up, and be very bothered by, lip sync problems when watching movies and TV. We had to walk out of one of the Harry Potter movies becuase the audio was a little out of wack, and once she pointed it out to me I could not stand it. Needless to say, it is time to buy a new receiver and this feature is a must.

Based on a previous thread the following make/models of A/V receivers have a lip sync delay feature:

Denon:
AVR-2805, 3803, 3805

Yamaha:
RX-v450 to v750
RX-V1500, V2500
DSP-Z9

Poineer:
Elite VSX-54, 56, 59

That list has a pretty nice range of prices/features, but I am always looking for more options. Anyone know of any other manufacturers that have this feature?

More importantly, does anyone use their delay on any of the above receivers and like/hate it?

Many of the Harman Kardons have this feature as well.
