Linn - Sizmik Subwoofer - Preferred Settings?

What settings do you guys have it on (assuming someone else here is using this sub) and why? This sub has a plethora of modes and I'm trying to get the most natural bass possible out of it and am just curious to see what everyone else has tried. Thanks!

No personal experience but is there a "direct" or "no mode" setting, or a switch that defeats the "modes" circuitry?

yeah i've got it set to a "no filter" mode where it bypasses the settings of the sub and just goes off the EQ of the receiver. seems to sound best this way as the lfe signal is untouched by the sub's internal processing.

That sub has a lot of different features. How do you like it?

The sub sounds incredible and can get very deep at the lower end. While it has a load of modes I just keep it on the bypass mode. I'd rather mess with the YPAO settings to EQ stuff through my receiver. But yeah, the sub is great. It gave me that natural bass I've been looking for. Luckily I was able to acquire it through a friend.
