Linear array speaker

Hello,
I have recently bought JBL EON 1 Pro linear array speaker.
Can I connect to it 7.2 Channel AV Receiver for better surround sound?

Why you'd want to connect a battery powered active speaker not sure, but if your avr has pre-outs you could connect these speakers....whether it's better than what you currently use, who knows?

Surround sound requires multiple speakers, so I’m not sure what you expect to accomplish with just one. Nevertheless, if your receiver has RCA output jacks for the individual channels, you can use the JBL.

Thank you "lovinthehd" and "WaynePflughaupt" for prompt reply. I actually have two eon one pro. Plan is to use both eon one pro for music and also for home theater experience. At the moment i have daisy chained both the speakers, but i feel like i'm not getting that home theater like surround sound.

Does the daisy chain connection provide mono or stereo audio? What other speakers are you using to complete the surround setup?
