I've been doing alot of reading about the two, and needed knowledgeable expert advice. Knowing there are pros and cons to both technologies, I fear the worst with LED back-lit displays... Here is my issue.
I picked up three LED night lights about a month ago. They were extremely bright when I got them, now the illumination has lowered to a noticeable difference. I fear the LED backlit TV's will see the same fate, however not as quickly. And since each LED is Independently powered, you will notice fading in random sections of the TV, unlike CCFL TV's where the entire image would fade... am I wrong to think this?
