I owned some Energy RC-10's a few years ago. They were fine but I'm actually hoping that the V5.1's are brighter (I know I'm not a purist or anything. I just like bright and pop sounding speakers). Any thoughts on the V5'1's?
Also...In the 1970's I owned some Infinity's. They were some of the best sounding speakers I've ever has or heard, but I wanted to find out if it's true that the Infinity's of today are not the same as ones from the past. Different company and so forth. I also heard Polk is the same way.
Oh also does anyone know which Paradigm bookshelf's are below say $600?
The Paradigm dealer in my town only has the Monitor line in stock but will order for me what I want, but I'm having a hard time finding out prices.
