Hello All,
I'm new to HT and this forum. So here's my question. I own a Kenwood hifi system which includes an AV centre, C-V150. I have just bought a DVD player and would like to hook it up properly. In the manual it shows input video input jacks marked LD/DVD, with a note "with the C-150, the LD/DVD jacks are used exclusively as the LD input jacks". Is there a difference between LD and DVD signal? if so, can I use the VCR inputs instead? I would like to keep these open in case I decide to introduce a VCR into the system.
Thanks in advance.

The signal is the same for LD & DVD. You can also use the video inputs if you want. I have 2 DVD & 1 LD so the LD goes into my video 2.
