I have three Paradigm Founder 70LCRs, which has a coaxial tweeter in the middle of the cabinet. The center of the coaxial driver for the tweeter is 10" (25 cm) from the base of the cabinet when the cabinet is aligned upright. The center of the top driver is 15.5" (40 cm) from the bottom of the cabinet when the cabinet is aligned upright.

If the tweeter of a speaker should be at a height of around 39" - 41" (100 cm), should I set the tweeter at that height, even though the top driver would be 6" (15 cm) higher, say 45" (115cm) or should I set the height of the top driver to 100 cm, in which case the tweeter would be lower, at around 33.5" (85 cm)?

The only other option I can think of is to place all three of the LCRs in a horizontal orientation, but I assume that a vertical orientation would be optimal.

If practical, the tweeter should be roughly at ear level when you are seated. Other drivers in the cabinet don’t matter.
