Hello all. It's been awhile since I frequented the forum, but I have an issue I'm hoping you guys might be able to help me with. I have a 60" Hitachi LCD RPTV which is just over four years old and I am still using the original bulb.
I've noticed that the pictures seems to be losing some of it's brightness and recently everything seems to have a yellow cast to it and blues look almost green.
Any idea what might be causing this? I know the old rear projections had the three color bulbs, but this one only has the one. I figured the bulb either works or it don't, so I'm thinking I have some other issue?
Any help or links to sites that might provide some insight would be greatly appreciated.
