HI FOLKS, I have this receiver I'm taking the screws off the bottom plate. One of them says caution do not remove.....anybody know what thats about.....the plate wont come off without taking that screw out!! thanks

Did you try the service manual available at hifiengine.com? Good resource for manuals, free to sign up so you can download.

ps I didn't read it but suspect that's just to keep consumers from doing more harm than good in general....
