Klipsch or Polk

I am trying to decide between Klipsch SB-2 bookshelfs and SC-1 Center and Polk Monitor 30s and CS-1 Center.I have heard the Polks and I have heard the Klipsch Center but not the bookshelfs as they aren't in stock.I just have a feeling that I will like the Klipsch more but I would like some opinons to help me decide

I can tell you that I like my Klipsch bookshelves & center (RB-61, RC-52) very much, but that doesn't mean that you'll like the Klipsch models you're looking at better than the Polks. There's no substitute for listening to them - find another store that stocks them.

Do yourself a favour Justin when you go to test these speakers out take a couple of C.D.s with you, and maybe a movie or 2 just to test it proper.
The salesperson shouldn't mind. I have Klipsch for mains and centre and polk for surrounds....good luck!! It's all in the ears,lol.

Have you looked into any other company's for bookshelf speakers. I personally like dealing with internet direct company's that give you a 30 day trial to audition their speakers and set them up in your own home. I personally also do not like dealing with the useless sales people that try to push the product on you and then try to sell you overpriced acessories.

The reputable internet companies that are talked about on this board are selling better products at cheaper prices because of no middle men and economies of scale.
