Talking about gaining a lot of cutting edge acoustic technology and manufacturing know how in one blow!!!! Well done!

Thats what it takes to stay in business for over 60 years in this business.

P.S. Some of my favorite direct radiating speakers are made by companies that worked in conjunction with the Canadian National Research Center's.

Horn speakers do not respond well to alot of solid state gear, with proper system matching a good pair of horn speakers can sound excellent, in most cases if you just buy any old gear based on all specs & hook it up to horns your not going to be happy.

I wonder if the pricing structure will stay the same? Some times when companies get taken over the parent changes the price structure to keep two or more of the brands under their unbrella from being in direct competition. (this can be bad or good)

Should be interesting,

I've always been concerned with Klipsch taking over Energy - I'd really like to see how it pans out.

Comforting to read that they will not interfere with Energy's R&D and manufacturing. Just love my speakers.
