I have a lot of scratching noises coming out of it at all times even when the sub cable is off, Have any ideas that can help me out ? or do I just toss it and get a new one?

1. Make sure you don't have something living in it...:D If so, let it out.

2. If no. 1 is not the problem, you may have a bad sub amplifier, and you may need to "toss" it.:)

I used to have one of those back in the day. Bought it for 99 bucks at costco. I know that there were some complaints of the amplifier in that model sort of... melting itself. I had never had a problem with mine but you may indeed have a faulty amplifier. It might be a bad solder joint that is arching or something. If that is the case its an easy fix but not for someone who has no exprience doing so.
