If it were up to me, I don't think they're worth repairing.
I believe they are about twenty year old speakers.
They probably need new foam surrounds, besides the torn cone.
Also some components in the crossover, like the electrolytic caps, will need replacing too.
Even if you do it yourself, it may not be worth the effort.
