Hello All,

I was so excited today, cuz I found out that Ken Cranes have B&W speakers, so I went to check it out, hope that I can listen to the B&W speakers

Guess What????? The salesman doesn't know anything. The B&W speakers were not hooked up. There were problems with cd/dvd player, receiver.

And the worst thing is, I think all the salesman are on commission, because none of the other sales would come over and help with the problems.

today was a sad day for me.

I find it best to work with the managers at those locations. It is their job to make sure that customer service is at it's best. I would call in and explain/complain to the manager as well.

they are on commission. i shop at the pasadena store and have never had any problems. you should have asked for a manager even if you didn't plan on spending any money and say something like " I had five grand to spend on speakers today, but your sales staff didn't know how to turn them on! I guess I'll go spend it at ..............!
that would have got his attention!
