Hi everybody !
I'm actually looking for a high quality system for my desk, i explain :
ALL the music i have is on my mac, with many lossless and some mp3 320 songs, i listen to both pop, RNB, trance, electro AND a lot of soundtracks/classical music. I'm looking for a solution that will allow me to take the best quality of my lossless music, but also a good volume in the case i want to make some sport in my room or push the volume very high.
The Wireless option (Airplay) is a very good thing for me, but not essentiel.
By looking some reviews over the net, i saw the KEF LS50 and the KEF X300A that are monitoring speakers. The X300A includes the AMP and DAC with also the wireless optional. And i don't know much about amps and DAC for that kind of bookshelf speakers to use on a desk.
So if i opt out for "All in 1" solution, which models should i look for if not the X300A to reach a very good quality and power. And if i opt out for separate components, on which speakers, DAC and AMP (or DAC-AMP in one) should i look for with a budget of 1500$ ?
Thanks !
