Wait a minute now. That's not quite fair.

The OP asked me (us) which speaker he should go with. Telling him how I like it (I've never heard it) would be pointless as we all have different cerebrums. If he wants to know exactly how it sounds..he needs to hear it. I
can tell him, however, which speaker will be better from a technical standpoint for his situation. This is all I can do.

If you two both liked it, obviously you were at the right distance, the dips and/or peaks didn't bother you much, or the reflections smoothed out the response a bit. *shrugs*
**To be fair, I am very technical and analytical in most things I do. I wouldn't say I look at things as if they are black and white, however. If I could, I would factor in how his cerebrum interprets sound and tell him exactly how it sounds to him, but I lack this ability (and a MRI machine.) It's not that this is black and white, but that I lack, and will forever lack, a significant variable. I can only solve part of this equation.
