I have recently set up a kef set-up with Q900 fronts and Q600c center. I used Audyssey multieq32 to set it up. When I go into the setup menu of my receiver (Onkyo TX NR3008) and go to Speaker Set-up --> Level Calibration and list to the default sound from the Q900 vs Q600c, I see a distinct difference around the mid/highs with the 600c being more muddy. Not sure why this would be or if this is normal. I have to mention that the fronts are biamped.
