4k HDMI

I didn't know where else to put this question... would a 4k HDMI cable from monoprice work with the Epson LS12000 projector? Can someone give me a link please to the best 4k HDMI cable from monoprice? It has to be 15ft long. Thank you guys for your time!

It's about bandwidth capabilities....if you're not sure this is the shortest length might think about an optical hdmi hybrid cable like Ruipro

If I was shopping for a 4k cable, I'm not sure why I would bother with an 18 Gbps cable these days instead of the modern spec 48 Gbps ones. Granted, the faster ones are more finicky at distances over 10 feet, so you may want an active or an fibre-optic cable instead and that does tend to be more expensive.

18 Gbps will do 4k 60Hz 10bit 4:2:0, but your LS12000 is already rated to support 4k 120Hz so I would just go full speed now and buy once instead the half measure.

So 48gbps is better than 18gbps? I see on monoprice that the 48gbps are 8k. Is it ok to use an 8k cable with a 4k projector? This is the one I am looking at:

I would be buying the 15ft cable of the one I posted. Is that too long for this cable or would it work good?
