Any experience or comment with this TV? Now that the 1080p ones are coming out, this 1080i has dropped to $4K; thinking of getting one. Thanks.

If it is a digital display, LCoS, LCD, or DLP, then it is a progressive display by nature.

That particular model is 720p resolution (1280x720 pixels).

The JVC HDILA tv's have had trouble with non HD signals. I know this from selling them and recommending the
Samsung DLP's over them. Although the JVC will have brighter color, it is not better color. The JVC picture also tends to "bow" in 4:3 pictures. Stick with DLP, samsung over Mitsu
