Just Recieved SVSPB10 in Toronto Ca :)

Well i ordered the pb10 2 weeks ago on thursday i think.Wow that was fast delivary it was in toronto on monday but i didnt have the brokage money on me at the time. So about 6-7 business days. The box was huge the sub was huge compared to nething ive had before. the Brokage fees were 127.77cad on top of the 600Cad total. it may not sound too much for some of you Pros but im 18 and i paid for my whole Home theater so im proud
The sub is awesome i was calibrating it with avia and the RS spl meter but im getting tired i thought id post this so people have and idea how much it will cost. 429 for sub 52shipping. 127.77brokage fee. thats all in canadian dollars. Well thats all.Man when i move to an apartment its gonna kick even more ***.The Svs pen will be treasured LOL.

Congratulations on your new sub. I got my PB12-ISD last Friday and have been enjoying watching the LOTR trilogy for the past several days. There is some great bass in those movies.

Looks like you are off to a great system and I'm sure you appreciate it even more since you are paying for it yourself. If you haven't already make sure you check out this thread from a couple of members who visited the SVS factory last week.

Yea I seen it Lucky Mofos. Thats awesome im thinking speaker design/r&D is my future career. I was getting ready to watch the LOTR's but then it was 11 already so im gonna have to wait till the weekend. I was looking for My U751 movie and someone took it wow that sucks but i will be forced to pop in TopGun. Any Other dvd recommendation for my lil svs sub.thanks

How about in Aliens II when they drop the marines on the planet in the beginning? Or Finding Nemo when Darla taps on the tank? or any of the LotR stuff (like, the oliphant charge, Gandalf fighting the Balrog, or when the skeleton falls into the well), the intro on the Antonio B. version of Aorro, the pod race (of course), and maybe the liftoff on Apollo 13. Aw he!!, there's *lots* more, too.

Another pleased SV customer - quelle surprise!

It's a blast being able to commiserate with other SVS owners on how good these things sound. I'm sure it's the same for the Hsu and Velodyne fans too... enjoy!

For me, my 20-39PCi cylinder just rocks the socks right off. I've found new depths (no pun intended, okay pun intended) to movies I've seen many times before - it's like a brand new collection.

P.S. I enjoy my little pen too - although I wish the SVS boys would get into rollerball instead plain ol' ballpoint... All I need is to find the right refill...

How did they ship it ups or fedex or usps? curious to know what is this brokerage u got charged.
