A judge told a 72-year-old man who has cancer that he 'should be ashamed' of himself after he said he was too weak to keep up with his lawn

"You should be ashamed of yourself," 31st District Judge Alexis G. Krot told the man. "If I could give you jail time on this, I would."

Hard to know all the facts from that link but seems a bit extreme, but some communities have absolutely anal requirements for upkeep....gotta keep those property values up! Why couldn't they simply hire someone to pickup the slack of the traveling son, hard to know. Guess not too helpful or friendly neighbors, either.
