I bought Jericho last night and played it for a couple of hours. I'm not a big fan of FPS's as I pretty much suck at them, but this game is pretty cool. It definitely gets high marks on the creepiness scale. Even when you have your flashlight on, it only illuminates about 5 feet in front of you, so the bad guys end up popping up right in front of you all the time.
About my only beef with the game so far is that there are these exploding guys that you need to hit these yellow blobs on their bodies to blow them up, but you can't zoom in enough to get a good shot at the blobs, so I end up not blowing them up until they're right in front of me, so I get killed.
But I like the story and creepiness so far.
