JBL L Series

I've seen the L series mentioned now in a couple of posts here. Are they being toured at the shows? I can find no mention of them at the JBL website. I found one review at Designtechnica.com. Does anyone have any further information?

I have 4 Jbl L-1 speakers. they are 6" bass/mid 1" titanium tweeter and are about 12 years old or so. I use them for my surrounds on my HTS. And they are the only speakers on my stereo system that are ported. Other than the dual 8" sub for the hts.

Stereo 12" passives the only way to do it.

The age is probably why you don't see anything about them now.
