JBL ES80 on sale

I saw this on another forum and thought if someone is looking for a pair of speakers but is on a tight budget these might fit the bill. The reviews seem good but if someone here actually has some experience with these or JBL hopefully they will chime in. I don't know how long the sale will be on for so check them out. I auditioned the ES20 bookshelfs around January or so. They were anemic in the female vocal range, but the highs sounded good. If the ES80 have a similar timbre, they'll probably be ok for the money, but no miracles. I'd probably look at the Andrew Jones Pioneer towers instead if I were shopping in this price range.
