JBL Balboa: am I pushing too hard?

Hello everybody, I'm new around here and trying to set up my first HT. All I had until now is a 12 old midi package were everything matches.

So, for a 30m2 room and USD1250 budget, and mostly for music the plan is:

Receiver: Yamaha RX-V659 (7x100W at 8 Ohms)

Speaker: JBL Balboa 5.1 (2x60w / 2x80w / 1x75W / active sub of 100w)

http://www.jbl.com/home/products/series.aspx?SerId=BAL&Language=ENG&Country=PT&Region=EUROPE

I read some opinions that these receivers are frequently unrealistic rated, many people say that using all the channels at same time, a unit like this cannot output more than 50w...maybe 60w "real" power per channel

For these package, JBL claim a maximum amp power of 125W (bookshelves) and 150W (floorstanding/center). I don't know if I would get a clear sound or early distorted with this and how. Moreover, I don't know how far can this harm the JBL Balboa.

My question is simple: do these speakers hold this receiver?

Any review about the Balboa you could show me would be very appreciated too.

Thank you all and regards,

You should have no problem with that setup in your space.
