I took your advice but I am still having problems setting up bi-amp zone 2.

When I select it from the setup menu, it fails to offer a Zone 2 volume adjustment. When I select Zone 3 or Surround Back, it shows the Zone 2 volume level. This is very strange. Any ideas as to what i may be doing wrong.

I apologize for the questions, but I have tried everything and am not making any progress. The instruction manual is absolutely worthless....

The Zone 2 volume can be adjusted from the remote control. Select Zone 2 from the top of the remote and turn up the volume to about +2dB. BTW, the manual is worthless.
