Amazon.com: Bond 50: The Complete 23 Film Collection with Skyfall [Blu-ray]: Sean Connery, Daniel Craig: Movies & TV

This includes Skyfall.

You get all of the "official" James Bond films (but not Never Say Never Again, which was done by a different studio, so must be purchased separately, nor the 1960's spoof Casino Royale [not to be confused with the relatively recent Casino Royale that is included in this set]).

For those two films (not at a great sale price), see:

Amazon.com: Never Say Never Again Blu-ray (Region Free): Sean Connery, Kim Basinger, Max von Sydow, Edward Fox, Rowan Atkinson: Movies & TV

Amazon.com: Casino Royale (1967) [Blu-ray]: David Niven, Woody Allen, Peter Sellers, Orson Welles, Ursula Andress, John Huston: Movies & TV

If you also want the 1950's TV movie of Casino Royale, it is on DVD as an extra with this copy of the spoof Casino Royale mentioned previously:

Amazon.com: Casino Royale: David Niven, Peter Sellers, William Lundigan, Harry Townes, Michael Rennie, Art Gilmore, Mary Costa, Cedric Hardwicke, Everett Sloane, Peter Lorre, Marilyn Erskine, John Forsythe, Don Medford, John Huston, Joseph McGrath, K

So, there have been three films called Casino Royale. Confused? The first was a 1950's TV movie, the second a spoof in the 1960's, and the third is the one from 2006 and is part of the "official" series. The reason for this is that the rights were not originally all sold together for all of Ian Fleming's James Bond books, and so different people were able to make James Bond films. If you want all of the "official" films from the series, just buy the set on sale. If you want everything, including films made by other people, then click on all of the links above.

I got the Bond 50 package last year and really like it. I had to buy Skyfall separately, so the fact that this is the same price as last year, but includes Skyfall is awesome. Definitely worth buying if you're a Bond fan.

From looking at more about James Bond films, I found what is supposed to be a better version of the 1950's James Bond film:

Amazon.com: James Bond Casino Royale (1954): Barry Nelson, Peter Lorre, Linda Christian: Movies & TV

Obviously, at that price, it is for people who really, really want to be complete. It is B&W, made for TV, and not overly long, so you are paying a lot for it. This would replace the DVD in the original post above, for the extra on that disc (though you would need something else for the 1960's spoof, such as the BD of the first post above).

Please note, I do not own this, nor have I watched it. I am judging from reviews on Amazon, and consequently cannot be certain that this is the best one to get. And, again, this is only for completists or those very interested in 1950's TV, not for the casual fan.
