My pick is Jackson but you cant count Jardine out he's a pretty cagey fighter but imo unpredictable as far as which Jardine is going to show up. Sometimes he looks great and sometimes he gets walked wright threw so I have to go with Jackson

I didn't get this one, just wasn't a very interesting card IMO.

Jackson should prove to be too much for Jardine.

I was watching mine on my DVR and was pausing it off and on all night im guessing it was at around 9pm but guess it doesn't matter anymore :p Well you were close Rampage knocked him down in the 1st round and Got a little rocked my a uppercut in the second, but I still think Rampage won that round also and then sealed the deal in the 3rd by landing another clean shot at the end of the 3rd knocking Jardine down and doing some ground and pound and the bell rang . Great fight tonight Rampage looked strong and I hope he beats the snot out of Evans to get his belt back . It ended up being a great card tonight, what a sleeper and all my picks won which makes for a good fight card, didnt look that good on paper except for the Rampage/Jardine fight but it was and im still pumped and my hearts raciing :D

Same here. Not to mention they spent a lot of time training together, so I personally kind of see this one as "fixed" to get one or the other (hello Rampage) to a title shot again.

Not a big Rampage fan at all. I liked him a lot better after seeing him as a coach, but lost a lot of respect for him after he lost to Forrest and went on a literal rampage.... He is a solid all around fighter though.

One of the things I liked about Rampage was when he lost to Forest Griffin after the fight interview he told Joe Rogan he got his *** whipped and that sometimes you give the *** whipping and sometimes you get it and he got it this time. He has a little of mohamed ALI in him as far as fight hype he talks a lot of trash before the fight but he seems to be a down to earth guy once you look threw his front . But ya after the Forest fight he did go on a little "Rampage" lol a minor hit and run but that was it as far as what I heard . But yes he is a solid fighter and has been training hard and improving his stand-up skills tremendously even though stand-up is his forte.

It was a hit and run during a police chase while intoxicated...not something I would call minor. I was actually surprised that Forrest was able to beat him, and that was a good fight. Both rocked the other at one point and overall, I agreed that Forrest won.

Ya I heard he was drinking but didnt know he was running from the po po I thought that Because he was in his lifted 4x4 with Rampage written all over it lol the people gave the discription thats how he got caught when he had the hit run and the police went to his house . But it was just hear say so you could be correct . But Regardless ya the forrest fight was pretty good but Ilike the Jardine one much better mostly because Rampage one :D I cant wait to see him fight Evans for the title, that should be a good fight .

I believe he hit a pregnant woman who eventually lost the baby. I'm really surprised he isn't behind bars right now. He is an exciting fighter, but I still don't see why so many people are such huge fans. People say he is really funny/witty, but he just doesn't seem very intelligent to me. He seems to try really hard to be funny, and just falls flat on his face, IMO. The Forrest fight was very exciting though, and his rematch with Rashad should be explosive.

Dam I never heard that:confused: thats very sad though if its so, but theres no way if he did that he wouldnt be in jail unless hes out on some pretty large bail amount because thats like what 2nd degree or manslaughter at the least  As far as Rampage and his humor I guess you have to like him and it is different but He cracks me up personaly and enjoy is interviews and such . Ya the Rampage and Rashad Evans should be one the best UFC fights ever :D

Thanks for clearing that up because it was changing my oppinion of rampage real fast, not that just drinking and driving isnt bad because it is but taking a life in the process is a whole different story .Back to the fight it was close with Forest but I thought Rampage won but not by much and maybe its because I was wishing Rampage to win lol . But I do like forest a lot I just like Rampage a little more but they both ROCK :D

UFC brawler 'Rampage" Jackson pleads guilty
But the felony charge will be dismissed in a year if he completes 200 hours of community service and seeks mental health therapy.

Ultimate Fighting Championship brawler Quinton "Rampage" Jackson pleaded guilty today to felony evading police and misdemeanor reckless driving for a high-speed chase down Newport Boulevard last July that left a wake of crumpled cars and scared pedestrians.

Jackson, a former UFC champion and one its brightest stars, was ordered to complete 200 hours of community service, seek mental heath therapy, and pay restitution to the people whose cars he damaged.

Superior Court Judge Thomas Goethals said if Jackson, 30, successfully completes those terms, the felony charge will be dismissed against him and he will likely serve no time in jail when he is officially sentenced on Jan. 7, 2010.

Jackson, who said he was delirious from a lack of sleep and a lack of food when he launched the wild police chase on July 15, said he was ecstatic that he wasn't going into custody.

"No one wants to get to jail," he said after in an interview after pleading guilty. "But my main concern was that no one got hurt. I am so relieved and happy that no one was injured."

He said he decided to plead guilty because he didn't want to put the other drivers through the ordeal of a trial.

"I feel sorry for everything that happened, and I apologize," he said.

Carol Lavacot, his attorney, said Jackson wanted from the beginning to take responsibility for the episode.

She said he will spend his 200 hours of community service speaking to youth groups.

"He has learned a great deal about his physical body and about mental health" she said.

there is some of it i will find the rest now

Our friends over at CagePotato.com have an interesting tidbit about the status of Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.
Jackson was recently arrested and charged with a felony after driving his truck in a reckless manner and mildly injuring at least one woman. After the arrest, Jackson was released on bond and was again arrested and placed on a psychiatric hold after friends alerted police of his erratic behavior.

Recently, Cage Potato got the following inside scoop from an anonymous source close to the situation:

Rampage thinks he’s God…He had a falling out with his trainer a couple of days before the first arrest. Basically he has lost his mind and is talking very religious and is saying that he is God. This is the main thing I wanted to keep hidden, but with the second arrest and Dana talking it will come out regardless. He needs some serious help. I don’t know if you would call it schizophrenia or bipolar disorder or what have you, but whatever it is, basically it’s become impossible to have a conversation with him. He is delusional.

still looking for the doc's report guy's i have it some were

He is funny, but funny doesn't make someone worth my respect. I like Rampage, but I don't go out of my way to watch his fights unless he is fighting someone else I like, like Forrest.

Dana must have worked something out to keep him out of jail, or posted bail for him. They know he is a big draw to UFC and it is sad that this would be enough for them to keep him out because of money. I think highly of Dana, but I can't see any other reason for them to help him.

Rather than get into a big debate of his personal life "Rampage" I'll just leave it at this because I really dont have all the facts sitting in front of me except for here say, but regardless im not here to defend him or put him down. I personally like Rampage as a fighter and I like what I see in his interviews, his personal life well I cant really judge him like I said without all the facts. But whats sad is some of the best fighters or athletes have the worse personal life's you've ever expect . Look at Mike Tyson he makes Rampage look like a saint lol but he was one of the all time best fighters with more knockouts and held the title for years . I will continue to cheer for Rampage watch his fights and not condem him for his personal life especialy because I wasnt a SAINT MYSELF growing up but was just lucky and never got caught or hurt anybody and its much different when your under the spot light . So I'll leave it at that and wait paitently for his next pre-fight interview and fight :D

You can't separate the personal life from the fighter, they are the same person. That's like saying what Michael Vick did was OK because he was a good football player. Sorry, that doesn't fly.

It flys with me and thats what counts ;) it also depends what offence your talking about you have to draw the line sometime this is true. But your not comparing apples to apples and oranges to oranges my friend. Rampage is a totaly different thing. I have to admit though at one time I was a huge Mike Tyson fan until he was charged with rape and saw one of his interviews many years ago with some girl/news caster interviewing him and he got upset and told her he was going to do something to her "figure it out " until she liked it  I about fell out of my chair well needless to say he wasn't my favorite fighter anymore and lost my respect , in his defence he was and I beleive he's still on medication. The guy grew up in the streets and had that killer instinct and then the guy who pulled him out of the streets and made him a fighter , was his trainer and like a father to him died . He fell into the hands of Don King and well the rest is history as im sure you know. Guess what im saying is no matter what they do in there personal life doesn't take away from there talent in the ring or cage .So I guess the extent of ghetto or what ever you want to call it comes out in a fighter when he's not in the ring can happen. I dont consider Rampage a criminal. He got drunk and made some bad decisions End of story ;)
