I bought these ear buds and am having sound stutters when connecting to my windows 10 notebook. However, my mom has the Jabra Elite 75 (non-active) and when connecting to my notebook there are no stutters whatsoever.
I tested this 5 times. Listening to music on Youtube, the sound stutters momentarily, then it's fine, then there is a stutter or two, then fine etc. Quick switching to the Elite 75 and no stutters at all.
I'm NOT experiencing any stutters when listening to music via my smartphone or TV, so I'm baffled why only my notebook is having this issue when the Elite 75 is not having any issues whatsoever when connected.
Any advice? Tips I can try? Is this an 75 active only issue or should I have them replaced?
