While this may not be perfect, it is a step in the right direction. Last time I checked, if I didn't perform at work, I didn't have a job. And if I lost my job, I wasn't compensated 10x what I made when I was fired. This will go a long way to restore consumer confidence in all of the beliegered (sp?) industries in the country right now, I know it does mine.

Up until now, failure has been a success, at least for some. I guess the times they are a changing.
