Issue with future setup...

I'm working on designing my setup before I buy everything. I'm planning on getting a 720p TV and building an HTPC. The HTPC will have integrated graphics with HDMI output. I'd like to simply connect via HDMI, but I can't stand the low-quality sound of TVs, and don't have money for a quality audio system, so I'd like to just use the composite audio plugs on my stereo (surprisingly high quality). Is there a device to accept HDMI input, send the video out another HDMI cable, and send the audio via composite? Or, is there a better solution I'm not thinking of?

Just use the stereo analogue audio output from your HTPC. All you need is a stereo 3.5mm to stereo RCA cable

Just double check you audio settings to make sure you're using the stereo analogue output and you're all set!
