Panasonic TC-P54G25 for $1240, is this a good deal guys? I saw this on Amazon today, and just checking if this is a good buy? Is this TV any good? Thank you....

Granted it's soon to be last year's model and doesn't do 3D
but it's a great TV.

Thanks man, 3D is great to have, but I'm not dying for not having it. Since I need to upgrade really bad over my Vizio 42" LCD. I always wanted to get the Tc-P65vt25 but money does not grow on trees. Thanks once again.

I just realized that your system and mine are almost identical with all these Yamaha equipments. If I buy this Pana plasma then it will 90% system match.....
