Is there a Receiver out there for me?

I wanted to start planning a new setup, and I'm not sure what receiver to get.

Here's my goal.

1) 4 or more Zone Receiver to play music in 4 different rooms
2) Play different sources in different zone, and different sources in same zone
(Example: Have Apple TV playing Music in all rooms while TV is playing in living)
3) All controlled via Apple Iphone/Ipad (seems like Pioneer VSX-1021-k Does this)
4) 4 or more HDMI in's.

Anyone have any suggestions? TIA
